Flot enquiry, get quotations, negotiation for best rates/services/delivery etc.
- Make comparative charts/sheets to take approval from management.
- Identifying and selection of vendors.
- Raising purchase order on the basis of purchase requisition-Raising purchase order on the basis of purchase requisition
- Maintaining vendor’s master data.
- Negotiates with vendors for annual maintenance contract (AMC) and process the work order

with confirmation of Engineer
- Responsible for buying all types of Indirect Purchase (General, Staff Welfare items )
- SLA review meeting (covering SLA review, audit feedback, improvements, issue resolution

etc.) follow-up and close all the MOM points as per agreed dates.
- Vendor management of all vendors for Capex & Opex.
- Procurement of all kinds of material as well as (Civil, electrical, plumbing, hardware, Machine

Tooling, NPD Tooling, Hob / Broach, Packaging Material, Machine Spare parts, BOM items).
- Ensuring smooth coordination with the user department and corresponding with suppliers

on scope of supply and specifications.
- Development of new vendors.
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and

ensure all the criteria are met according to the organisational requirements.
- Sending delivery schedule to the supplier as per production plan.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material as per schedule.
- Negotiation of purchase price with Take minimum Three Quotation from the supplier

, and Commercial terms like FOB, FOR, P&F etc.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
