**Job Profile-Vice Principal**
- To act as whole sole Academic & Administrative Head of the school (Nur to X).
- To exercise overall Supervision for various functionaries with a view to achieve defined objectives through respective coordinators by mentoring & guiding them wherever required.
- To set up “Tone at the top” AND “Work Culture (TASKS)” / Environment for effective and smooth running of the school, in terms of **Transparent & Controlled environment**:

- To lead and coordinate the team of academic/admin coordinators with a view to ensure the desired level of growth in terms of:
- Quality of education
- Academic results
- Innovative and contemporary teaching techniques and methodology.
- Branding and reputation
- To set up a complete & transparent mechanism for collection, scholarship and recovery of outstanding fee on timely basis in consultation with treasurer to ensure Zero Pendency with respect to CPS / CSA.
- To roll out a yearly calendar in consultation with all concerned in respect of:
- Academic Calendar
- Examination Calendar
- In-House Activity Calendar (Academic, Sports and extracurricular, Cultural, Social activities)
- Outside Activity Calendar including exchange program and so on.
- List of Holidays.
- To set up, monitor and control the process of “Generation of enquiry-Admission-Exit” with a view achieve optimum results. Also, to roll out admission policy including fee structure/discount/concession/scholarship/refund/forfeiture etc.
- To define working hours, Lunch timings, dress code, code of conduct & ethics to be followed by all and & ensure adherence to the same by all CPS Staff.
- To design and set up a mechanism for external/internal communication through written circulars/trello/notices to faculties/staff/students etc.
- To conduct orientation/periodic training programs for all faculty members and up-date them on latest developments in the academic field.
- To attend, manage and co-ordinate inspections, audits, supervisions by external/internal agencies.
- To effectively participate in Redressal of Academic grievances of CPS students, staff, parents and others through immediate creative coordinator & emergent cases on 24x7 basis.
- To ensure & monitor the quality of food in accordance with the school norms.
- To develop, maintain and nurture relationship and liaising with local administration & DEO officials in consultation with Director Sir.
- To set up mechanism for ensuring compliances with all: Municipal / Local body laws
- Safety, health & hygiene standards as per school norms.
- To coordinate with the other departments of the school for smooth execution of their individual functions.
- To receive periodical reports/MIS/feedback from all functionaries and exercise controls over their functioning.
- To submit Periodical MIS & exception report to Management.
**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
