**Job Description Admin Executive**
**1. General Administration**
○ Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace.
○ Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
○ Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
**2. Staff Coordination**
○ Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
○ Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating their setup.
○ Act as a point of contact between departments to facilitate smooth communication.
**3. Order and Inventory Management**
○ Manage stock levels for supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
○ Oversee order processing, tracking, and customer communication.
○ Collaborate with suppliers for procurement and delivery management.
**4. Customer Support**
○ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
○ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
○ Support marketing initiatives by collecting feedback and reviews.
**5. Compliance and Reporting**
○ Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
○ Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required by management.
○ Handle confidential information with discretion.
**6. Process Improvement**
○ Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.
○ Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in administrative or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. -Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
