**What will you do?**:
As an Associate Recruiter, you will be working with our HR team in India. With 6 entities over the world, you will be constantly in touch with a diverse group of colleagues. The location of this role is in Bangalore, India. With our huge growth ambitions, you will play a key role in our company growth.

**As a Recruiter you will**:

- Be first point of contact for our management in India when it comes to determining requirements, setting priorities, and defining appropriate searches.
- Work closely with our three global specialists located in the Netherlands whose focus is on talent acquisition. Ideally, we look for your innovative ideas and with those ideas, you set new impulses for our recruitment.
- Draft job descriptions, talent acquisition templates and other re-usable assets.
- Analyze current trends and work on continuous further development of suitable active sourcing strategies, methods and tools.

**We ask**:

- A Bachelor or master’s degree in the direction of business/commercial studies/HRM, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience with sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
- You are available full-time (40 hours per week).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Being able to set priorities.
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
- Structured and a commercial mindset.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Affinity with IT.
