VMC 5-Axis Machine Operator (Mitsubishi Controller)

Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operate VMC 5-Axis Machine: Safely and efficiently operate the VMC 5-axis machine with Mitsubishi controller to perform complex machining operations.

2. Program and Edit CNC Codes: Utilize Mitsubishi controller to program and edit CNC codes, ensuring accurate and efficient machining operations.

3. Load and Unload Parts: Load and unload parts, tools, and fixtures onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and securement.

4. Conduct Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

5. Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

6. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets, share knowledge, and improve processes.

7. Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols, reporting hazards, and participating in safety training.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operating VMC 5-axis machines with Mitsubishi controller or similar CNC machining centers.

2. Skills:
1. Proficient in operating VMC 5-axis machines and Mitsubishi controller.

2. Strong understanding of machining principles, including speeds, feeds, and tooling.

3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
