**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This role ensures the health, safety, and comfort of patients and adheres to professional nursing standards and hospital policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to patients.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in patient records.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary rounds.
- **Infection Control & Safety**:

- Follow hospital infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with current best practices in nursing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing or equivalent)
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current license from the appropriate nursing council
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS may be preferred)
- Clinical experience (new graduates may be considered depending on the setting)

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
