4. Understand and analyze system requirements / test cases to prepare automation test plan

5. Sanitize test cases for scripting and creation of test scripts

6. Peer review on scripts created by the junior testers

7. Test Scripting and Maintenance

8. Run Automation tests, analyze test results for failures and prepare test report. Work with respective teams to resolve issues
