Duty Manger

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and training as needed
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly, including inventory management, cash handling, and facilities maintenance
- Manage schedules and ensure that adequate staffing is maintained at all times
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of staff
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
