Job Title: Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect to design and plan building projects from concept to completion. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs while ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring architectural concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Planning: Develop and execute architectural designs, create detailed drawings, and ensure the design meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

2. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and project specifications, providing expert advice on design feasibility and functionality.

3. Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) for the construction process.

4. Project Management: Oversee the project from the initial design phase through construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

6. Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of designs and resolve any challenges.

7. Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure designs are being implemented as planned.

8. Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials into projects, promoting energy-efficient solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.

Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sustainable or green building design practices is a plus.

Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Work Environment:
Architects typically work in office settings but may also be required to visit construction sites for inspections, client meetings, or project assessments. This role requires a mix of creative design work and technical problem-solving, often working in collaboration with other professionals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
