Profile - Pharmacist & Healthcare Advisor

**Location**: Pune

The Pharmacy Council Certificate of the concerned State will be required.

**Educational Qualifications Minimum**: Should have completed D Pharma / B.Pharma

Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to handle all Company related Apps

CTC Band - Rs.24000 per month Plus Travel Expenses as per Company Policy: Home to Store and Store to Home as per company norms

**Desired**: Familiarity with drugs at a molecular level Handling a Pharma store/s Knowledge of Inventory Management Eye for detail Ability to converse in an additional the language used in that state where deployed

**Work Experience (Relevant and Total Experience**: 1+ years Must have work experience in a Pharmacy and exposure in customer relations.
Technical Qualifications.

**Should possess**: 1. Certificate of registration with Pharmacy Council of the State

The Original certificate is to be handed over to the Company for as long as the employee is working with the company

**Languages**: English, Hindi, local language (also preferable)

Purpose of this position - With company’s agreement to open an In-house Pharmacy at agreed locations and super Markets, there is the need for a qualified and experienced pharmacist, who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy/pharmacies.

He will be the face of the company at these Super Markets Pharmacy/pharmacies to make sure the drugs prescribed are dispensed accurately.
He will provide required counseling on over-the-counter medications.

Introduce potential customers to the Relex Medication Therapy Management Programme and thus build customer households
To achieve revenue from counter sales from each outlet

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities The most important end results for which an incumbent would be held responsible at the end of the year.

To manage and oversee the day-to-day operations that take place within the pharmacy and to dispense medications as the order comes in.
To coordinate and to provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
Ensure the inventory is maintained and recorded and that there is no shrinkage

**Compiling Sales Reports**: Responsible for producing various sales reports/ customer wise reports / Adhoc reports using a variety of parameters

**Resolving Customer Complaints**: Quick resolution of customer complaints and thus enhancing customer loyalty

Day to Day responsibilities

**The smooth functioning of the Store**:
Smooth and prompt billing and fulfillment of prescriptions Ensure Inventory Management System is followed Coordinate with the warehousing team to ensure timely coordinate with MTM team on Relex Medication Therapy Management Programme
Coordinate with the MTM Sales and Setup/Clinical Pharmacists teams and Phlebotomists to provide each customer a positive healthcare experience on a daily basis
Competencies / Skills Required

**Planning and coordinating skills**: Good at use of computer and software provided Good level of communication and listening skills Interpersonal skills Relevant industry updated knowledge Self Driven Customer Oriented

**Working hours**: The shop will be open from 7.30 AM to 9 PM all days in a week.

The pharmacist will have to come in shifts and will have to take a week off maybe during the week. He will have a pharm aide to support him in his day-to-day work. Overall it will be his responsibility.
