Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**: Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and inbound calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, conduct follow-ups, and book appointments for the sales team.
- **Sales & Persuasion**: Promote products and services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for services.
- **Customer Service**: Provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document all customer interactions, update the CRM system, and maintain customer databases.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.

- **Communication**: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of the local language.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build rapport, listen actively, and empathize with customers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent ability to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
