Pilates Instructor

**Position**: Pilates Instructor

**Location**: Amoda Studio

We are looking for a certified Pilates Instructor to lead engaging and effective Pilates sessions for clients of all levels. The instructor will be responsible for providing high-quality training, ensuring client safety, and promote a positive studio environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **group and private Pilates sessions** using both mat-based exercises and equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.).
- Assess clients’ **fitness levels and goals**, creating tailored workout plans as needed.
- Ensure **proper technique and alignment** to prevent injuries and maximize benefits.
- Provide **modifications and progressions** to accommodate different abilities and conditions.
- Educate clients on **Pilates principles, breathing techniques, and body awareness**.
- Maintain **cleanliness and organization** of the studio and equipment.
- Engage with clients to build relationships and encourage **client retention**.
- Promote the studio’s classes, membership plans, and wellness programs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Certified Pilates Instructor (e.g., **STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Polestar, or equivalent**).
- Experience teaching Pilates classes (minimum **6 months - 1 year preferred**).
- Strong **communication and motivational skills**.
- Knowledge of **anatomy, injury prevention, and rehabilitation** is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.
- Professional, **punctual, and client-focused attitude**.

**Work Schedule & Compensation**:

- Flexible work hours (morning/evening shifts).
- Compensation is based on experience and class size (hourly rate or per session).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
