Registration and Billing of IPD & OPD patients.
- Billing of Lab and Imagine services.
- Co ordinate with Ward nursing staff about admission and bed availability for patients.
- Answering phone calls
- Ensure smooth patient movement
- Ensure minimum waiting time at the reception.
- Ensure the patients being helped and directed properly
- Ensure proper queuing at the Counters.
- Clerical work.
- Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.
- Checking of Corporate and TPA patients bill and prepare them in prescribed format given by Corporate and TPA department, for submission in their TPA and Corporate for payment within stipulated time frame from the date of discharge of the patients.
- Assists in other duties as needed as directed.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, attenders and other employees of the organization.
- Talk to the patients regarding hospital related queries.
- Knowledge and making of daily and monthly MIS report.
- Any other work assigned.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
