**What You Will Do**

Ensuring business requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to business questions and assisting them with issue resolution to the mark in a timely manner.

Working collaboratively and build relationships with other consultants in a team, business staff, and third party consultants or other contractual consultants working on the project.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- University bachelor's degree or College certificates in computer networking or computer science.
- Should have sound knowledge on Infor M3 server sizing.
- Should be able to setup M3 sub-systems, auto jobs, schedule jobs, batch jobs in M3 server. Should have ability to understand and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Should be well versed with setting up M3 country specific components and its dependencies.
- Experience in M3 Security setup - Roll based security.
- Ability to manage multiple business assignments, tasks and priorities.
- Should have an experience in SQL server/ Windows server/ IBM iSeries Server.
- Experience on Cloud suite would be a plus.
- Well versed with installing patches/fixes and standard Infor M3 Service packs
- Well versed with LCM and company copy tools, New OS, Mashups, Mingle
- Well versed with setting up M3 Server backup procedures.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of the software maintenance/ administration process.
- Understanding of teamwork.
- Infor M3 System Admin certifications would be a plus.
