**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **Home Loans** and **Loan Against Property (LAP)** in the assigned area.
- Conduct **field sales** visits to generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Build strong client relationships to enhance repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for processing, disbursal, and post-sales support.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to all regulatory and company guidelines.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **home loan** and **LAP** sales, preferably in field roles.
- Good understanding of the **Rohtak** market and customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
