_**Job Title**:_**Distributor Logistics Officer (Warehousing)** - **Function**_**:Logistics** - **Overall Job Objective (Purpose)**:_ The DLO is responsible for providing superior customer service through efficient processing of customer orders, efficient management of warehouse & inventory for the effective and efficient execution of the distributor strategies to support filed sales in selling volume, achieving RPS distribution/merchandising/pricing and also deliver cost efficiencies through streamlined logistics processes. - _________________________________________ **REQUIREMENTS**: Education: Graduate, Diploma in Computers/Working knowledge of Computers(Software & Hardware) Experience: Relevant experience in Warehousing & Inventory Management Language: English, Local language Key Criteria: Thinking & Problem Solving skills, ready to work in shifts - _______________________________________________ **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Efficient & on-time Van Loading - Maintain Inventory Accuracy - Track & reduce Product Damages - Maintain warehouse quality - Ensure efficient Transportation **RESPONSIBILITIES** **MEASURES** - Efficient & on-time Van Loading - Ensure that 100% accuracy in counting Van closing inventory - Ensure 100% accuracy in Van Loading as per Van Load Guide 2. Maintain Inventory Accuracy - Ensure >99% IRA - Track & reduce Product damage - Track Product Damages - Ensure Product Damages are within norms 4.
