Job Title: Project Coordinator, RTCT
- Job Summary:
- Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Monitor project progress, overcome roadblocks, and identify potential issues or risks
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and status to management in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project & operational deliverables are met daily
- Provide ongoing support and assistance on project, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Follow up with client on invoices and ensure timely clearance of payments
- Requirements:
- Container surveyor/Container Tally Clerk/Similar experience in container terminals or container yards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Skills in container yards or container terminals operations management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
- Working Conditions:
- The position will be based out of client location in Kolkata
