**Summary**
The Central Operation associate is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, Identifying & implementing key ops excellence projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the operations, finance, and technology team to ensure the integrity of the data. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Central Operation associates can expect to focus their work in the following areas:
1) Identify & implement key ops excellence projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
2) Work closely with all city teams, central teams, and cross-functional teams for project execution
3) Identifying data trends, patterns and deep dive on core issues
