Job Title: Project Executive - Corporate Interior Fitout

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource

requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to understand project goals

and requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for project planning.

Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial

constraints.
- Monitor expenses, track project costs, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.

Resource Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule internal and external resources, including contractors, suppliers,

and subcontractors.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services necessary for project execution.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish and enforce quality standards for all aspects of the project.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and client

expectations.

Timeline Management:

- Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying critical path activities and potential risks.
- Implement effective project management methodologies to ensure timely project delivery.

Client Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Issue Resolution:

- Proactively identify and address project issues and obstacles.
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and keep the project on track.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in corporate interior fitout or related construction projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Decent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹9,582.80 - ₹34,146.31 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
