Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatching trucks and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Communicating with drivers to provide updates and information about delivery schedules, routes, and any changes or issues that may arise
- Managing and updating dispatch software and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all team members
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors
- Managing and coordinating maintenance and repairs for our fleet of trucks
- Adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or logistics preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or dispatching required
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatching software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Promotion Opportunities:
