**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services and close sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to present our products/services.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
