**Job Description**:

- Managing Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams among other technologies including MDM.

**Primary Skills**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring a quick resolution and mínimal impact on employees.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on common issues, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating
- procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance the team's efficiency.
- Monitor the Microsoft 365(Office 365) platform for potential issues, perform routine checks, and implement
- proactive measures to avoid service disruptions and optimize system performance.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on Experience on Microsoft 365(Office 365).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365(Office 365) suite components, including Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365(Office 365) issues, both independently and
- collaboratively.
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users effectively.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing exceptional end-user support.
- Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365(Office 365) PowerShell.
- Microsoft 365(Office 365) certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified
