**About Company**:
**Description**:
Client Support Executive will assist our clients with issues regarding our services to end-users. He/she will ensure that the queries are passed on to the relevant teams and are resolved within deadlines so as to ensure seamless coordination between all stakeholders.

**Location**:
Pune (On-Site, Except for COVID restrictions)

**Qualification**:
Graduate / Post
- Graduate in any discipline.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Soft spoken & good listening skill.
- Multitasking and time management.
- Data entry experience with typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Good knowledge of computer handling and MS office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, WORD).
