Servicenow Trainer

We are looking for Software trainers for providing training on the ServiceNow platform. The trainer will work primarily on developing training plans, packages and perform on-line and in-person training in support of the ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Sound knowledge on REST Integrations, API, ITAM, HRSD, IRM etc are preferable
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly convey use of the software
- Have excellent skills with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Teams
- Experience writing detailed and simple user guides and manuals for technical and non-technical audience
- Experience demonstrating hardware and software to a diverse audience of technical and non-technical participants
- Experience demonstrating live in a hands-on or lecture presentation setting
- Experience setting up training environments including a lab infrastructure that can be accessed remotely
- A minimum of 4 years of solution design and development experience on the ServiceNow platform is required
- Ability to manage remote training sessions over MS teams, Zoom etc

Work Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
