**Job Summary**:
The CCTV Operator will monitor and maintain surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the property, tenants, and visitors. This role involves detecting and reporting suspicious activities, retrieving footage for investigations, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live CCTV footage for unusual activity and security breaches.
- Record and report incidents to the Security Manager promptly.
- Retrieve and archive surveillance footage for investigations.
- Perform routine system checks and report technical issues.
- Ensure all surveillance activities comply with privacy laws.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in CCTV operation or security monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in **Kannada, English, and Hindi**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
