**Job Title: Carpenter**

**Location: Bangalore and Major Cities**

**Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹24,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Construction: Construct, install, and assemble wooden structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, shelves, and furniture according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.

2. Repairs: Repair and replace damaged or deteriorating wooden elements in buildings and structures. Assess the extent of damage, determine appropriate repair methods, and execute repairs efficiently.

3. Installation: Install wooden components and finishes including flooring, trim, molding, and paneling. Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and finishing of installed materials.

4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on wooden structures and fixtures to ensure their structural integrity and longevity. Sand, seal, stain, and finish wood surfaces as needed.

5. Material Handling: Handle and transport wood and other construction materials safely and efficiently. Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders to cut, shape, and finish wood components.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices at all times.

7. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship by maintaining clean and orderly work areas, following established construction standards, and paying attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

8. Teamwork: Collaborate with other construction workers, contractors, and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget. Communicate effectively and coordinate tasks to achieve project objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience as a Carpenter.
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
