Fitter Fabrication Trainer

**Job Summary:

At Medhavi Foundation as a Fitter Fabrication trainer you would be responsible for:

- Train the students to Carry out basic preparations for performing fitter operations like read and establish requirements of raw material, dimensions, limits & tolerances, finish requirements etc. Be able to perform daily maintenance, carry out preliminary checks, obtain and identify correct and calibrated tools.
- Carry out MMAW/SMAW & Oxy-Fuel Gas cutting
- Welding operations like use and extract information from engineering drawings, labelling data etc, fixing and unfixing components, produce machined components, measure critical parameters of machined components, observe inconsistencies, replace worn out tools and store finished products etc
- Apart from conducting training sessions and laboratory sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include Biometric attendance management, organizing internship, on the job training and placement drives, contacting relevant recruiters / Hotels / Restaurants if required.
- Participate in TOT (Train the trainer) sessions and workshops as organized and arranged by Medhavi Foundation.

- Will be responsible for training students will take care of Class scheduling.
- Ensure students attend class, engage students in activities.
- Will prepare these students well for technical round of Interview.
**Qualifications and Skills:

- ITI (Tool & Die Maker, Welder, Fitter), Relevant recognized International welder certificate.
- Diploma (Tool & Die Maker, Mechanical ), Relevant recognized International welder certificate.
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering), Relevant recognized International welder certificate.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gangtok, Sikkim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ITI (Fitter) (required)
