A Warranty Incharge is responsible for managing and coordinating warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Duties include reviewing warranty claims, verifying claim validity, coordinating with service teams, and communicating with customers. They also maintain warranty records, track claims, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
