**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Digital Media strategies to enhance brand Visibility and Drive Engagement.
- Create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media and staying current with industry trends.
- Experience with graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus.
