In addition to protecting customers from damaging threats, such as ransomware and data exfiltration, it helps them slash costs, reduce complexity, and improve the user experience by eliminating stacks of latency-creating gateway appliances. **Job Description**: You will report to the Manager, "Internal Security." **Responsibilities/What You’ll Do** - The researcher will work in consultation with the engineering team and perform comprehensive security assessments on new Zscaler products and features. - Continuously review security bulletins and related news; stay apprised of current threats and trends. - Provide data and root cause analysis of security incidents with corrective actions for improvement. **Qualifications**: - Must have strong fundamentals in security concepts, cryptography, Unix architecture, and networking. - Must have experience working on Thick Client Application. - Must be able to read and understand popular programming languages (C/C++, Java, Javascript, etc.) and identify security weaknesses. - Must be able to validate findings, perform root cause analysis and deliver recommendations for fixes. - Must have good scripting knowledge to automate repetitive tasks. - Must have excellent reporting and analytical skills.
