Incharge- Multi User Facility

**Position description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead, support and execute operation in highly profitable and process oriented operation
- Lead business development, generate new opportunities and support in preparing proposals
- Drive process Improvement, KPI monitoring and compliance management
- Ensuring effective vendor engagement and agreements for business units
- Manage and build on relationship with existing customers. Conduct monthly review meetings, lead commercial/rate revisions
- Consistently achieve quality standards, inventory accuracy, KPI’s agreed and accelerate growth with existing clients
- Identify training needs and train team for enhanced efficiency and quality
- Control warehousing and sec. transport operations to deliver target profitability and KPIs

**Technical Skills**
- Strong commercial skills for pricing and negotiations
- Strong excel and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of all MS office products: Project, Visio, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong Analytical ability and proficiency in Excel
- Superior leadership, planning and organizing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and ability to work with minimum guidance
- planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, controlling, and communicating

**Additional Qualities / knowledge / Skills needed to perform the job**
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in a similar position in complex and or “big box” environment

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Managing overall operations of MUF

**Educational qualifications preferred**
