*Job Title*: Graphic Designer - Blockchain Industry (3-5 Years Experience)

*Job Summary*:
We are looking for a talented and experienced *Graphic Designer* with a strong background in the *Blockchain* industry. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of the blockchain ecosystem. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designs, and branding that communicate complex blockchain concepts in a visually appealing and accessible way.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Design engaging digital assets, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and branding materials specifically for blockchain projects and crypto-related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines that align with the brand’s blockchain narrative and user experience (UX).
- Create infographics, diagrams, and illustrations to simplify technical blockchain concepts for various audiences.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and blockchain innovations to continuously enhance design quality.
- Ensure designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms, considering various screen sizes and performance requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to contribute ideas to improve product visuals and user engagement.

*Skills & Qualifications*:

- *3-5 years* of professional experience as a graphic designer, with at least 1-2 years working in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech space.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, decentralized technologies, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and their visual representation.
- Experience designing for digital mediums, including websites, apps, and social media channels.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation for dynamic blockchain-related content.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts visually for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

*Preferred*:

- Experience working with NFT, DeFi, or smart contract-related projects.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and wireframing.
- Understanding of web3 technologies and trends.

*Location*: Pune Wakad Bhumkar Chouk, Work from office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
