**Position: Process Associate**

**Department: Monitoring Operations**

**Job Shift: India Night Shifts (US Day Hours)**

**Job Location: Karnal, Haryana (onsite)**

**Qualification: Any Graduate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring client sites and transactions for assigned shift.
- Primary responsibility is to prevent stealing, robberies and inform immediately to seniors, clients, Store Manager, Cashiers.
- Meeting the set targets and will be responsible for the performance of portfolio assigned.
- Strive to provide best services to the client with proactive approach.
- Tracking and reporting suspicious and fraud activities of cashiers and employees who are working at client stores.
- Report to senior associates and team leaders internally for any suspicious activity on immediate basis without any delay.
- Making notes for each incident observed on the CCTV and creating reports for the same on the company portal in same shift.
- Ensuring that the various details are added to the report like camera position, incident time, and any other information that was gathered by CCTV.
- Get properly trained on making announcement and calls and should be 100% sure of the stealing before calling or doing announcement to the store cashiers in order to inform them about the incident and ensure the sites standards are maintained as per the client update, site policies & procedures.
- Keep track of his\her report submitted and coordinate if any assistance is required by the quality team and onshore team.
- Adhering to the company policies and floor discipline.
- Should involve in knowledge sharing and motivating other team members.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
