**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Principal in overseeing all school operations, including academic programs, student behavior and discipline, and staff development
- Providing leadership and direction to teachers, staff and students
- Ensuring that the school adheres to all policies and regulations, and promoting a safe and positive school culture
- Collaborating with teachers, staff and parents to support student learning and success
- Developing and implementing school programs and initiatives to enhance student achievement and engagement
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to support the school's goals and objectives
- Representing the school in community and district events

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Experience as a Vice Principal or in a similar administrative role in a school setting
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support teachers and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and community stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- A commitment to student success and academic excellence
