**Job Title**: Fresher Telle caller

**Location**: SoftLeoai, Phase 7, Mohali
**Salary**:₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller** to contribute to generating sales/leads or providing customer service. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to get our services and for resolving customer queries over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers or clients.
- Explain the company's services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls and sales, and update customer details.
- Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress.
