**Job Title **Executive - Accounts

**Department **Finance

**Scope of Work **To execute the responsibilities of the role with speed and accuracy, while coordinating with the Finance Team members to achieve departmental objectives

**Job ** **Preparation of cheque/NEFT /RTGS, cash payments & Bank payments**
Responsibilities Data entry in Tally along with uploading of supporting documents
- Bank Reconciliation and maintaining expenses wise TDS records
- Assisting with Seniors Team Members in preparing statements, documents and other reports in connection with Income Tax Assessments matters
- Maintaining Petty Cash
- Periodically Downloading and sharing the TDS certificates to vendors
- Assisting with Senior Team Members in Statutory Audit
- Assisting in preparation of Minutes of Meetings
- Visiting Govt department offices for submission of documents as required from time to time
- Filing & Documenting (Hard & Soft copy) of all cash/bank receipt and payment vouchers and receipts from vendors on timely basis so as to facilitate retrieving of record whenever required within least possible time
- Providing required information to Project Team on case to case basis
- Support on correspondence with Banks, Teams and Govt offices
- Any other official tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time

**Qualification and ** **Graduate in Commerce**
Experience
- 4 years of relevant Accounting experience, having worked on Tally software

**Competencies ** **Problem solving ability**

- Accuracy in Data Handling
- Detail orientation

**Skills and**
Knowledge and previous work experience in Accounting Management and Accounting Standards

**Knowledge**

**Reports to **Reporting to the Assistant General Manager - Finance

**Compensation **As per Industry Standards

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
