Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital or healthcare facility.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure administrative support and service delivery.
- Manage front office operations, including patient reception and inquiries handling.
- Liaise with vendors, maintenance staff and housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe and well-functioning facility.
- Maintain accurate records of hospital assets, licenses, AMC contracts and vendor agreements.
- Assist in the onboarding and administrative processing of healthcare staff.
- Handle medical and general documentation, data entry, and filing of patient records (as per guidelines).
- Support hospital audits, inspections, and ensure documentation is in line with NABH other regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
- Act as a point of contact between departments, patients and external service providers.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer service focus.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time, on-site role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
