- The Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for assisting pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and management of medications and health products. The role involves interacting with customers, managing inventory, and performing clerical tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of the pharmacy.
- Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information regarding over-the-counter medications and health products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Medication Preparation:

- Assist pharmacists in the preparation of prescription medications.
- Measure, package, and label medications accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during medication handling.
- Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels of medications and supplies, and assist in ordering new stock.
- Receive and organize shipments of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for medications.
- Record Keeping:

- Update and maintain patient profiles and medication records.
- Assist with billing and insuran
