Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for the company.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing issues.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Assist with any ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the senior accounting staff.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in an accounts assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.13 per month
