- Design and develop a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum for science and chemistry classes.

**Laboratory Management**:

- Plan and conduct safe and effective laboratory experiments.

- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its proper functioning.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and other assessments to evaluate students' understanding of science and chemistry concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.

**Student Support**:

- Offer additional support to students who may be struggling with science and chemistry concepts.
- Encourage students to explore their interests in science through projects and extracurricular activities.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in science and chemistry education.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities.

**Parental Communication**:

- Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students' progress.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Science or Chemistry Teacher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
