**Job Timings: 4PM - 1AM**
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Steward to join our hospitality team. The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting kitchen staff and servers by ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment. This role is crucial in upholding hygiene and sanitation standards in line with company and health regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, counters, and storage rooms.
- Assist in organizing and storing all clean equipment and utensils in the appropriate areas.
- Handle and dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables properly.
- Ensure consistent availability of clean dishware and kitchen tools during operating hours.
**Qualifications**:
- 12th or graduate.
