**Job Title: Sales Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Transactions Management**:

- Facilitate the sale of products/services by processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Verify Approval and other terms of sale to ensure adherence to company policies and financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to transactions.

2. **Accounting Knowledge Application**:

- Review invoices and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in reconciling sales transactions with accounting records to ensure financial integrity.

3. **Sell Approval Process**:

- Sell approval process to authorize sales transactions based on predetermined criteria.
- Evaluate documentation and information submitted for sell approvals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate sell approval decisions to relevant TEAMS promptly and accurately.

4. **Document Vetting and Compliance**:

- Review and vet sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all necessary approvals and signatures are obtained before finalizing sales transactions.
- Maintain organized records and documentation trail for audit and compliance purposes.

5. **Computer Proficiency**:

- Utilize computer software and systems proficiently to process sales transactions and manage documentation.
- Generate reports, track sales data, and perform data analysis using spreadsheets and databases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to sales and accounting software, collaborating with IT support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, accounting, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with sales management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in document management, compliance, or auditing is preferred.
