- Manage A Team Of Individuals Working On Telesales/Customer Support
- Resolve Customer Complaints Brought To Your Attention
- Create Policies And Procedures
- Plan The Training And Standardization Of Service Delivery
- Manage Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
- Identify Customers’ Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible
- Conduct Quality Assurance Surveys With Customers And Provide Feedback To The Team
- Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Customer Support
- Maintain A Pleasant Working Environment For Your Team

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
