Internship Opportunity at Attron Automotive: Mechanical and Electrical Interns

**Internship Format**:
The internship will span 4-6 months.

The first month will be a probation period without a stipend. Performance during this period will determine continuation.

Based on performance, interns will receive a stipend for the remaining duration of the internship.

Outstanding performance during the internship could lead to a pre-placement offer (PPO), providing an opportunity to join Attron Automotive as a full-time employee.

**Internship Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Mechanical and Electrical Engineering interns to join our team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to cutting-edge projects in the automotive industry. Interns will work closely with our experienced engineers and contribute to the development and testing of our products.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of motors and controllers.

Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Participate in prototyping and assembly processes.

Document findings and prepare technical reports.

Support the R&D team in various tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Strong understanding of basic engineering principles.

Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD for Mechanical, circuit design software for Electrical).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in annual engineering competitions (Formula Student, BAJA, etc.) is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹11,500.00 per month

- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (preferred)
