We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, and English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is beneficial but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Job Title: Female Telecaller**

**Salary**: ₹3,000 - ₹10,000 per month
