- Responsible for the overall maintenance, security and development of the School estate including buildings, play grounds, gardens and open space.
- Responsible for overall security of the estate, maintaining adequate and timely supply of utilities like electricity, water etc for the school buildings, staff quarters, hostel etc.
- Ensure proper upkeep of the buildings and gardens. Initiate action for timely repair and maintenance of Estate properties including buildings, vehicles, equipment etc.
- Make arrangements for timely payment of essential service bills. Overview the special events and functions in the premises.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
