We are looking for Microbiologist for Zuche Pharmaceutical -Location Bhiwandi Rajasthan.

**Profile**:

- Microbiologist

1. Knowledge of ICH Guidelines/Pharmacopeia

2. Always maintain Micro-Lab in an ‘audit ready’ state.

3. Maintain List of Equipment/Instrument along with calibration due date information.

4. Create, maintain and enforce aseptic working conditions at all times as per regulatory guidelines.

5. Collection of environmental samples as per Aseptic procedure.

6. Perform microbiological tests on raw materials, packing materials, Intermediate and finished product as per the specifications a per compendial method or inhouse method.

7. Perform Microbiological tests on Feed Water, Raw Water, Soft Water, Ultrafilter Water, Potable Water & Purified Water during water system qualification and requalification.

8. Isolate and identify microorganisms and maintain same in pure culture conditions.

9. Prepare culture media and other reagents as per regulatory guidelines.

10. Develop, Verify and/or validate any new or revised methods that are needed as they arise based non industry and customer requirements or for improvement in existing methods as per regulatory guidelines

11. Preparing/review of SOPs related to Microbiological Practice as per regulatory guidelines

12. Able to Define alert and action limit of environmental monitoring parameters by settle plate methods & Air Sampling during HVAC Qualifcation as per regulatory guidelines or specifications

13. Maintain and trend environmental monitoring.

14. Maintain and trend water system monitoring.

15. Label, transcribe and record documentation such as report sheet and laboratory logbook as required by the respective SOP and review laboratory entries/notebooks of laboratory technicians.

16. Perform OOS/OOT

17. Generation and documentation of raw data in accordance with ALCOA principles

18. Use a risk-based approach and addresses corrective actions whenever a hazard is identified. Notifies QA head/Designee of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.

19. Participates as required in training on regulatory issues affecting his/her working area.

20. Work on special projects for Microbiology as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
