**ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION**:
The Festival has grown over the years and has received engaging responses from film connoisseurs and enthusiasts from all over the world. DPIFF has developed into one of the most significant and remarkable film festivals in Asia and is an annual celebration for filmmakers and artists in this industry.

As we continue to expand our mission, we are now looking to recruit a passionate Intern to join our growing youth team in a fast-paced supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Event Coordination**: Support the team in organizing various events, including screenings, panel discussions, and award ceremonies.
- **Research and Outreach**: Conduct research on potential sponsors, partners, and vendors; assist in outreach efforts to establish relationships.
- **Marketing Support**: Help create promotional materials and manage social media accounts to enhance the festival's visibility.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
- **Volunteer Coordination**: Help manage and coordinate festival volunteers, ensuring they are informed and prepared for their roles.
- **Feedback Collection**: Participate in collecting and analyzing feedback from attendees and participants to improve future events.
- **Networking Opportunities**: Attend industry events and networking sessions to build connections within the film community.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Film Studies, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for film and a keen interest in the film festival circuit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
