**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and trending topics for effective ad campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copies and visuals that align with brand messaging and drive engagement.
- Optimize ad campaigns regularly to improve performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to leverage new advertising features and strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop ad creatives and landing pages that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Track advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of funds across various platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights on ad performance, including recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role, with expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms and their respective advertising formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Proficiency in content writing, with the ability to create compelling ad copies and engaging content.
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Knowledge of audience targeting techniques and best practices for different advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with remarketing strategies and audience segmentation for effective campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
