Tele Caller Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Promote and sell products or services over the phone.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Generate sales leads and set appointments for sales representatives.
- Conduct market research surveys and gather customer feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective objectives.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear phone voice.
- Ability to follow scripts and convey information effectively.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
